DESIGN CONCEPT / WHITE PROTOTYPE

A prototype.
The power to turn the tide.

White Prototype and Suture Squad belong to the same world. This collection takes its form from a prototype mecha capable of turning the tide of battle, translating its armour, ports and mechanisms into keycaps. It embodies a critical state in which one machine could change the course of a conflict. A panel at our fingertips reveals both the machine and the world unfolding around it.

01 / SYSTEM

From one panel to the whole machine.

Letter keys share white-grey surfaces and panel divisions, with individual hatches, slots and grilles. Longer keys reveal twin exhausts, rails and piston cutaways. Each key becomes a structural fragment of the prototype, bringing a different part of the machine to the keyboard.

02 / SIGNAL

Colour as a clue to function.

White-grey defines the armour, and dark navy marks structural sections. Red, yellow and blue draw attention to warnings and ports. Coloured transparent PC contrasts with solid surfaces, suggesting equipment that can be identified, inspected and understood.

03 / WORLD

One world. Different critical states.

White Prototype carries the possibility of turning the tide; Suture Squad returns damaged equipment to service. The two collections approach the same world from different positions. Armour, identifiers, service markings and wear reveal why machines are needed, and how they connect human actions to the course of that world.

01 / COMPLETE COLLECTION

INDIVIDUAL MODULES. ONE SYSTEM.

Letters remain clearly readable while hatches, ports, grilles and caution markings vary from key to key. Shared white-grey tones and panel divisions bring these individual modules into one coherent layout.

02 / PANEL DETAILS

MECHANICAL IDEAS, DRAWN ON KEYS.

Armour panels on Enter, twin exhaust graphics on Shift, a piston cutaway on the spacebar. Each key size carries a different mechanical drawing, built from fine lines, colour blocks and restrained depth cues.

03 / FORM & MATERIAL

ARMOUR MEETS TRANSPARENCY.

White-grey and navy give the design its armour-like visual weight; coloured transparent PC keys introduce a lighter contrast. Mechanical drawings and compact markings connect long keys and small modules across materials.

04 / ANOTHER PERSPECTIVE

READ THE STRUCTURE.

Panel seams, angled borders and small markings organise each key surface. A changing viewpoint reveals the contrast between transparent keys and solid colour, offering another way to read the mechanical graphics.

05 / DIFFERENT FORMS

NEW LAYOUTS. A SHARED LANGUAGE.

White-grey alphas establish a consistent field; navy sections and red-yellow markings give the modifiers their rhythm. Across compact and split layouts, the arrangement changes while the armour language continues.

Assembly references. Check key widths, bottom row and additions for compatibility.

06 / BEYOND THE KEYS

THE PANEL LANGUAGE, EXTENDED.

Panel seams, identifiers, caution stripes and navy sections are rearranged at a larger scale on the deskmat. Small modules at your fingertips connect with a full panel across the desk.

07 / THE WHOLE COLLECTION

FROM A SINGLE KEY TO A COLLECTION.

Keycaps, deskmat and sleeve share white-grey panels, functional colours and industrial markings. Scale and density change with each surface, allowing every piece to stand alone or form the complete White Prototype collection.

08 / PACKAGING

THE SAME IDENTITY, ON THE SLEEVE.

The sleeve carries the collection identity, identifiers and panel graphics into the packaging. Layered presentation inside continues the same modular language from the exterior to the open set.
