Suture Squad
Armour carries traces of use. Repair keeps it working. A keycap collection records a state shaped by equipment and the people who maintain it.
Suture Squad begins after equipment has been damaged: someone inspects a crack, replaces a panel and reconnects different parts into one system. Panel divisions, markings and repair graphics on the keycaps trace the work that keeps an object in use.

Suture Squad and White Prototype belong to the same world. The prototype carries the possibility of turning the tide; this team of frontline repair specialists returns damaged equipment to service. Joined panels, maintenance markings and wear trace their work. Translated onto keycaps, these details reveal the relationships between equipment, its users and those who repair it.
Panel boundaries, identifiers and caution markings suggest parts that can be recognised, inspected and replaced. Distinct graphics come together through a shared palette and structural language.
Experience, visible in the repairs.Crack and wear graphics on the weathered additions suggest equipment after use. Signs of repair draw attention to the hands that keep it working.
Light between solid surfaces.Transparent plum PC and gold graphics bring a luminous contrast to olive and graphite armour. Different materials let the reassembled parts retain their own identities.
